Choosing jewellery is as much a tactile as a visual pleasure. The weight of a piece is an important indication of its quality, value and durability and influences the way it sits when worn. These qualities can only be appreciated by actually holding, touching and wearing the jewellery, which is why the Annette Gabbedey Showroom is such an important destination for all her customers.
Alongside her own work, Annette has selected jewellery and watches from a limited number of other designers who share her commitment to high quality hand-made pieces. Like Annette’s work, they are made with a good amount of precious metal to achieve a pleasing weight, yet provide a counterpoint to her designs.
All the designers are established names in their own right, like Tara Kirkpatrick, Colette Waudby, Muru, Linda Macdonald and Rachel Galley, as well as a range of Swiss Professional Pilot Watches from Torgoen. A keen eye is always kept out for new designers to maintain freshness and energy in the showroom all year round.
